III. Pravni osnov za obradu
Lični podaci se prikupljaju, obrađuju i koriste samo ako je to zakonom dozvoljeno ili ako ste dali svoju saglasnost. 

Ako dobijemo saglasnost subjekta podataka za obradu ličnih podataka, član 6, stav 1, tačka a GDPR-a (Opće uredbe o zaštiti podataka) predstavlja pravni osnov.

Ako je obrada ličnih podataka neophodna za izvršenje ugovora čija je strana subjekt podataka, pravni osnov je član 6, stav 1, tačka b GDPR-a. Ovo se odnosi i na obradu koja je potrebna za sprovođenje predugovornih mjera.

Ako je obrada potrebna radi ispunjavanja zakonske obaveze kojoj je naša kompanija podložna, osnov je član 6, stav 1, tačka c GDPR-a.

Ako je obrada potrebna radi zaštite životno važnih interesa subjekta podataka ili druge fizičke osobe, primjenjuje se član 6, stav 1, tačka d GDPR-a.

Ako je obrada neophodna za ostvarivanje legitimnih interesa naše kompanije ili treće strane, osim ako interesi, osnovna prava i slobode subjekta podataka ne prevagnu, pravni osnov je član 6, stav 1, tačka f GDPR-a.

IV. Primaoci podataka
U principu, lične podatke obrađujemo samo ako imamo vašu saglasnost ili zakonsku dozvolu. Isto važi i za prenos podataka trećim stranama. Ne prosljeđujemo vaše lične podatke trećim stranama u svrhe direktnog marketinga. Vaši podaci se obrađuju unutar EU/EEA. U određenim slučajevima, obrada izvan EU/EEA može biti neophodna. Ako se podaci obrađuju izvan EU/EEA, preduzećemo sve potrebne mjere kako bismo osigurali da obrada bude u skladu sa članom 44 GDPR-a..

Vaši podaci se mogu dijeliti:

• sa trećim stranama koje nam pomažu u radu web stranice,
• unutar grupe MANN+HUMMEL,
• u okviru važećih zakonskih postupaka.

Pravo na žalbu nadzornom organu

Bez obzira na druga administrativna ili sudska sredstva, imate pravo podnijeti žalbu nadležnom nadzornom organu – naročito u državi u kojoj imate prebivalište, zaposlenje ili gdje je došlo do navodnog kršenja – ako smatrate da je obrada vaših ličnih podataka u suprotnosti s GDPR-om.
Nadzorni organ kojem je žalba podnesena obavještava podnosioca o statusu i ishodu postupka, uključujući mogućnost pravne zaštite prema članu 78 GDPR-a.

Podaci o upotrebi

Ako nas kontaktirate, vaši podaci će biti pohranjeni radi obrade vašeg upita i eventualne daljnje korespondencije.
Lični podaci se prikupljaju putem kontakt forme – obavezna polja su označena zvjezdicom (*), dok su ostala dobrovoljna.

Svi podaci se brišu nakon što je vaš zahtjev u potpunosti obrađen, kada svrha prestane postojati i pohrana više nije potrebna, osim ako postoje zakonske obaveze čuvanja.

Nudimo mogućnost učešća na online obukama o proizvodima. Za to se možete prijaviti putem naše web stranice (WIX Institute). Vaši podaci o registraciji (ime, e-mail adresa) se obrađuju radi organizacije učešća. Obrada se zasniva na članu 6, stav 1, tačka f GDPR-a. Tokom obuke učesnici su vidljivi u alatu koji se koristi. Nakon završetka obuke, vaši podaci se koriste za evaluaciju i zatim brišu.

Newsletter
Možete se prijaviti na besplatni newsletter koji vas obavještava o novostima i ponudama naših proizvoda. Vaši lični podaci (ime, e-mail) se koriste u svrhu slanja newslettera putem našeg CRM sistema. Nakon prijave, dobit ćete e-mail potvrde (double opt-in). Pohranjujemo vašu IP adresu i datum registracije – isključivo kao dokaz nadzornim organima i u slučaju zloupotrebe e-mail adrese. Saglasnost za primanje newslettera možete povući u bilo kojem trenutku putem linka u newsletteru. Nakon povlačenja saglasnosti, više nećete primati obavijesti. Korištenje newslettera analiziramo u pseudonimiziranom obliku – npr. stope otvaranja i isporučivost – bez mogućnosti povezivanja s vašim ličnim podacima.

Google Maps Plug-In

Facebook Conversion Tracking Pixel
We use the Custom Audiences service of Facebook Inc. (1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA or Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland) as part of our usage-based online advertising. For this purpose, we define target groups of users based on certain characteristics in the Facebook Ads Manager, who are subsequently shown ads within the Facebook network. Users are selected by Facebook based on the profile information they provide and other data provided through their use of Facebook. If a user clicks on an advertisement and subsequently arrives on our website, Facebook receives the information that the user has clicked on the advertising banner via the Facebook pixel embedded on our website.

Basically, a non-reversible and non-personal checksum (hash value) is generated from your usage data, which is transmitted to Facebook for analysis and marketing purposes. A Facebook cookie is set in the process. This collects information about your activities on our website (e.g. surfing behavior, subpages visited, etc.). For the geographic targeting of advertising, your IP address is also stored and used.

Facebook Custom Audiences via the customer list is not used by us, nor is the "advanced matching" function.
