III. Az adatkezelés jogalapja
Személyes adatokat csak akkor gyűjtünk, dolgozunk fel és használunk, ha erre jogilag felhatalmazásunk van, vagy Ön ehhez hozzájárulását adta.

Ha az érintett hozzájárulását adja személyes adatai kezeléséhez, az adatkezelés jogalapja a GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés a) pontja.

Ha az adatkezelés szerződés teljesítéséhez szükséges, amelyben az érintett fél, az adatkezelés jogalapja a GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés b) pontja.
Ez vonatkozik az előzetes szerződéskötést megelőző intézkedésekhez szükséges adatkezelésekre is.

IV. Az adatok címzettjei

Személyes adatokat alapvetően csak az Ön hozzájárulásával vagy jogszabályi engedéllyel kezelünk.
Ez vonatkozik az adatok harmadik feleknek való továbbítására is.
Személyes adatait nem adjuk át harmadik félnek közvetlen marketing célokra.

Adatainak feldolgozása az EU/EGT területén belül történik.
Bizonyos folyamatok esetén azonban az EU/EGT-n kívüli adatkezelés is szükséges lehet.
Ilyen esetben minden szükséges intézkedést megteszünk annak biztosítására, hogy az adatkezelés megfeleljen a GDPR 44. cikkének.

Ha személyes adatait kezeljük, Ön a GDPR értelmében érintettnek minősül.

Panasz benyújtásának joga a felügyeleti hatósághoz

Függetlenül más jogorvoslati lehetőségektől, joga van panaszt tenni egy felügyeleti hatóságnál, különösen abban a tagállamban, ahol lakik, dolgozik, vagy ahol a feltételezett jogsértés történt, ha úgy véli, hogy személyes adatainak kezelése sérti a GDPR-t.

A hatóság tájékoztatja Önt a panasz állásáról és eredményéről, valamint a jogorvoslati lehetőségekről a GDPR 78. cikke szerint.

VI. A szabályzat módosításának joga

Fenntartjuk a jogot, hogy az adatvédelmi nyilatkozatot a jogszabályi előírásoknak megfelelően módosítsuk vagy frissítsük, ha a feldolgozási folyamatainkban változások történnek.

Használati adatok

Amikor meglátogatja weboldalunkat, az általános hozzáférési adatokat automatikusan naplófájlban mentjük. Ezek kizárólag technikai célokat szolgálnak, és nem kerülnek összekapcsolásra személyes adatokkal.

Rögzített adatok:

• anonimizált IP-cím,
• kérés dátuma és ideje (GMT),
• hozzáférési hely,
• állapotkód (sikeres lekérés),
• továbbított adatmennyiség,
• hivatkozó webhely,
• böngésző típusa,
• használt operációs rendszer.

Az említett adatokat nem adjuk át harmadik félnek, kivéve, ha jogi kötelezettség áll fenn. 

Kapcsolatfelvétel

Amennyiben kapcsolatba lép velünk, adatait az Ön megkeresésének feldolgozása és esetleges további levelezés céljából tároljuk. A kapcsolatfelvételi űrlapon keresztül megadott személyes adatokat kizárólag az Ön megkeresésének kezelése céljából gyűjtjük. A csillaggal (*) jelölt mezők kötelezőek, a többi mező opcionális.

Adatait a megkeresés teljes feldolgozását követően töröljük, amikor a cél megszűnik, illetve ha jogszabályi megőrzési kötelezettség nem áll fenn.

Az adatkezelés jogalapja:

• GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés a) – ha Ön hozzájárult,
• GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés b),
• GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés f) – jogos érdekünk a megkeresések megválaszolása.

WIX Institute

Lehetőséget kínálunk online termékképzéseken való részvételre. A képzésre való regisztráció során megadott adatokat (név, e-mail cím) a részvétel megszervezéséhez használjuk fel. Az adatkezelés jogalapja a GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés f). A képzés során a résztvevők láthatóak lehetnek a használt platformon. A képzés befejezése után az adatokat értékelési célból kezeljük, majd töröljük.

Hírlevél
Lehetősége van ingyenes hírlevélre feliratkozni, amely termékfrissítésekről és ajánlatokról tájékoztat.

A hírlevélhez szükséges adatokat (név, e-mail cím) a CRM-rendszerünkben dolgozzuk fel. A regisztráció után egy megerősítő e-mailt küldünk (dupla megerősítés – double opt-in).

Az IP-címet és a regisztráció dátumát csak bizonyítási célból tároljuk. A hírlevélre való feliratkozás bármikor visszavonható – a leiratkozás a hírlevélben található linkkel elérhető. Visszavonás után a hírlevélküldés megszűnik. A hírlevelek használatát pszeudonimizált módon elemezzük (megnyitási arány, kézbesítési hibák stb.), személyes azonosítás nélkül.

VIII. Sütik

Weboldalunkon sütiket használunk. Ide tartoznak a munkamenet-sütik, amelyek a böngésző bezárásakor automatikusan törlődnek, valamint az állandó sütik, amelyek meghatározott idő után automatikusan törlődnek.

Használt sütitípusok:

• Szigorúan szükséges sütik,
• Teljesítménysütik,
• Marketingcélú sütik.

A sütik használatának jogalapja:

• GDPR 6. cikk (1) bekezdés a),

Weboldalunk a OneTrust sütikezelő rendszert használja a sütikre vonatkozó tájékoztatás és hozzájárulás kezelésére.

Duration of storage, possibility of objection and removal

Google Maps Plug-In
On our website we use the map service Google Maps to offer you map content for our dealer finder. Google Maps is a map service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Facebook Conversion Tracking Pixel
We use the Custom Audiences service of Facebook Inc. (1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA or Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland) as part of our usage-based online advertising. For this purpose, we define target groups of users based on certain characteristics in the Facebook Ads Manager, who are subsequently shown ads within the Facebook network. Users are selected by Facebook based on the profile information they provide and other data provided through their use of Facebook. If a user clicks on an advertisement and subsequently arrives on our website, Facebook receives the information that the user has clicked on the advertising banner via the Facebook pixel embedded on our website.

Basically, a non-reversible and non-personal checksum (hash value) is generated from your usage data, which is transmitted to Facebook for analysis and marketing purposes. A Facebook cookie is set in the process. This collects information about your activities on our website (e.g. surfing behavior, subpages visited, etc.). For the geographic targeting of advertising, your IP address is also stored and used.

Facebook Custom Audiences via the customer list is not used by us, nor is the "advanced matching" function.
